Embracing Gratitude: A Year of Reflection and Growth

Hello Everyone

This is the first year since I launched this website and began publishing my writings. Since then, I’ve been journeying onward—introducing my books in various circles, meeting incredible people, and drawing inspiration from their wisdom, knowledge, and passion. During this process of self-identification, empowerment, and fulfillment, I’ve also discovered a deep desire to inspire, empower, and encourage others to live more enthusiastically by exploring the many aspects of life.

One of those aspects I’d like to explore is Gratitude—a state of thankfulness. Research shows that gratitude can make us feel happier and more content, even when we don’t vocalize it. As this year draws to a close, I believe this is the perfect time to express gratitude to everyone who’s been part of this journey. The past year was a milestone for me as I published all three of my books. I spent many sleepless nights coordinating with printers in India due to the time zone difference, and countless hours feeling frustrated and anxious, often taking my stress out on my husband and kids. In those moments, I found solace in my dog’s company. I had friends and family who checked in regularly to offer support, and a circle of fellow writers who helped introduce my books in various locations. Looking back, my heart is filled with gratitude for everyone who supported me along the way.

Take a moment to send your gratitude to thank everyone personally. Thank the universe for everything and everyone in your life. How do we do that? Have you heard of Savasana or Corpse Pose? There are countless videos on Savasana, but its essence is simple: lie back, relax, and take deep breaths. As you observe your breath, feel the air you exhale connecting with the universe. Extend your gratitude with each breath, knowing that this simple act can bring peace and appreciation to both your heart and the world around you.
